Dein Zimmer hat 17m2, ist praktisch geschnitten und hat große Fenster. Es gibt einen Balkon und eine große Küche mit allem drum und dran, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke, nah&frisch, Rewe, Rossmann etc. Wir haben einen Keller und einen Dachboden, und zusätzlich einen Wäscheboden. Die Miete beträgt 350€ inkl Internet und allem. Zur Bushaltestelle braucht man max 2min, auch die Uni ist entspannt in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, man hat also alles was man braucht :)
Du würde mit mir (Johanna) zusammen wohnen, ich bin 22 und in der Ausbildung, und sonst sehr aktiv und viel unterwegs- entweder beim Sport, mit Freunden unterwegs oder irgendwelche anderen Dinge erleben:)
Du solltest offen, entspannt und gesellig sein, ein normales Maß an Sauberkeit mitbringen, und ganz wichtig-Bier mögen. 😊Es gibt hier durchaus mal den ein oder anderen Abend, an dem man in der Küche versackt!
