Es handelt sich um ein schönes helles Zimmer zum Hinterhof. Eine große Küche mit Balkon und ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum Kiels. Nähe des Exerzierplatzes, wo zweimal die Woche Markt ist. Direkt gegenüber findet sich ein Rewe Supermarkt. In fünf Minuten etwa kann die Bushaltestelle erreicht werden. Von dort aus ist man in 10 Minuten an der Uni oder am Hauptbahnhof. Zu Fuß erreicht man einige nette Cafés und Restaurants. Im Sommer kann man aber auch sehr schön im zehn Minuten entfernten Schrevenpark grillen und oder sich Sonnen.
Ich lebe mit meinem fünf Jahre alten Sohn in der Wohnung. (Zu Beginn werden wir allerdings nicht viel in der Wohnung sein, da noch ein Schulwechsel aus einer anderen Stadt ansteht.) Wir sind zwei ruhige Mitbewohner und wünschen uns eine Studentin, der wir in all der Wohnungsnot ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen können.
