Schönes, helles und zentrales Zimmer im Herzen von kiel!
Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei Fenster und einem hellen Laminat Boden.
Es wird unmöbliert übergeben!
Die Lage ist optimal. Der Exer ist 5 min entfernt, wo mittwochs und samstags Markt ist.
Der Wilhelmsplatz ist in die andere Richtung 5 min entfernt. Dort kann man auch umsonst parken :)
Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man 15 min zu Fuß und die Uni kann man in 10 min mit den Fahrrad erreichen.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner sind Lili und Sören.
Lili studiert soziale Arbeit und Sören arbeitet als Pfleger.
Mit beiden kann man toll abends mal schnacken und ein Bier trinken, aber wenn man keine Lust auf Gespräche hat, dann ist das auch ok:)
Sonstiges
Das Zimmer ist befristet bis zum 31.01
Die Wohnung hat noch einen eigenen Waschraum mit Waschmachine. Und ausreichend Platz!
Abgesehen davon gibt es 2 Badezimmer, sodass man sich nie in die Quere kommt.
