Da ich ab Mitte Oktober nach Tel Aviv für ein Auslandssemester gehe, steht mein gemütliches und spott-billiges Zimmer frei und offen. Das Zimmer ist 10qm groß und die Warmmiete inkl. Internet etc. beträgt 160€. Ich habe mit einem Tischler extra ein Hochbett für dieses Zimmer gebaut, was genau reinpasst, um die Zimmergröße perfekt auszunutzen. Dieses Bett plus Matratze kann gerne abgekauft und benutzt werden. Die WG ist eine 4er WG und wir haben 2 Stockwerke! Das heißt, das man sich nur mit einen Weiteren das Bad teilt.
Die Adresse ist Reeperbahn 13 und liegt in Gaarden Ost 143 Sorgenfrei. Die Anbindung zum Öpnv ist schnell und einfach. Mit Fahrrad ist man schnell, über die Hörnbrücke, in der Innenstadt (ca. 5 min). Alle wichtigen Instanzen sind leicht erreichbar.
Unser WG Leben ist super freundlich und entspannt. Wir machen wenig bis gar keinen Stress, jedoch sollte jeder zu einem Vernünftigen zusammenleben beitragen. Wir sind Bio Studenten , Industriedesign Studenten, Arbeitende....
Wir kommen super untereinander aus und machen gerne Aktivitäten zusammen. Gerne holen wir dich damit hinzu :)
