Das Gebäude hat 4 Etagen und die Wohnung befindet sich in der 4. Etage. Die Wohnung verfügt nur über 2 Zimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Badezimmer. Leider kein Balkon ☹️ Ich wohne in einem kleinen Raum, der mit dem Raum vergleichbar ist, den ich nach einem Mitbewohner suche. Es gibt keine vorhandenen Möbel, Sie müssen möglicherweise alles kaufen (sogar Lichter), da wir erst vor ein paar Monaten umgezogen sind und mein Mitbewohner zu seinem Haus zurückkehren muss.

The building has 4 floors and the apartment is in 4th floor. The apartment has only 2 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. Unfortunately, no balcony ☹️ I live in a small room comparable to the room I'm searching for a roommate. There is no existing furniture, you may have to buy everything (even lights) as we just moved in few months back and my roommate has to go back to his home.
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, da Sie Rewe und Penny in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß haben. Nach 23 Uhr haben Sie auch eine Tankstelle für eventuelle Heißhungerattacken um Mitternacht, falls Sie diese benötigen. Das Gebäude befindet sich an einem sehr ruhigen Ort und Sie haben zwei kleine Parks in der Nähe, falls Sie gerne außerhalb des Zimmers sitzen und chillen möchten.

The location is quite good as you have Rewe and Penny in 3-5 minutes walk. After 11 pm also, you have a Tankstelle for any midnight cravings in case you need. The building is situated in a very calm place and you've two small parks nearby in case you like spending time sitting and chilling outside the room.
Ich selbst, Mani Rathinam, werde hier bei dir bleiben. Ich arbeite als IT-Ingenieur und meine tägliche Arbeit ist 9-6, Home-Office jetzt aufgrund von Covid. Abends gehe ich gerne jeden Tag spazieren, zumindest einen kleinen, und da ich nicht zu Hause bin, telefoniere ich manchmal, würde mich aber gerne unterhalten und auch Brettspiele oder Kartenspiele spielen, wenn Sie welche kennen / genießen. Ich liebe es zu laufen, aber ich bin meistens faul, würde gerne mitmachen, wenn du ein Läufer bist und wenn die Zeit zu uns beiden passt. Ich bin Vegetarier (ich esse 2/3 mal pro Woche Ei) und ich würde wirklich gerne einen vegetarischen Mitbewohner haben, da es viel einfacher wäre, sonst auch gut, da ich die Auswahl respektiere. Ich bin ein Nichtraucher und Bierliebhaber (obwohl ich versuche, mich auf einmal im Monat oder zwei Wochen zu reduzieren), hängt es davon ab, wer bei mir wohnt. .
