Hallo, ich vermiete zwei Zimmer meiner Wohnung unter, da ich in den nächsten Monaten kaum in Kiel sein werde. Beide Zimmer sind ca. 15 qm groß und schön hell. Einmal geht der Blick nach hinten raus, einmal in Richtung Förde/Kanaleund Schleusen.
Beide Zimmer möchte ich am liebsten zusammen vermieten, die Nebenkosten würden dann natürlich nur einmal anfallen.
Direkt am Nord-Ostsee-Kanal in einer der schönsten Straßen Kiels. Der Bus zur Uni fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab (16 Minuten Fahrzeit) und auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 30 Minuten am Bahnhof.
Sky ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Es ist ein ruhiges Haus und ich bin - wenn ich da bin - auch eher so. Partyleben ist hier nicht so wirklich drin, aber schönes Leben mit hohem Erholungswert :)
Die Förde direkt vor der Haustür trägt dazu einiges bei...
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man so braucht bzw. brauchen könnte: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, gemütlicher Balkon, voll ausgestattete Küche...
