Bei uns in der wunderschönen Franckestraße wird ein großes, helles und ruhiges Zimmer frei. Wir wohnen in einer der zwei schönsten Straßen Kiels (Franckestraße) im 4. Stock und "the big city life" ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einen Garten, Bad, Waschmaschine, Internet und voll ausgestattete Küche gibts dazu. Das zweite Zimmer hat eine Loggia die echten Altbaucharme hat und man excellent über die Dächer schauen kann - bei Bedarf kannst du auch das Büro neben der Küche mitbenutzen. Die Miete wird sich verändern, je nach Möblierung!

We have a large, bright and quiet room available in the beautiful Franckestraße. We live in one of the two most beautiful streets in Kiel (Franckestraße) on the 4th floor and "the big city life" is right on our doorstep. A garden, bathroom, washing machine, internet and fully equipped kitchen are included. The second room has a loggia with real old building charm and an excellent view over the roofs - you can also use the office next to the kitchen if you wish.
Die Wohnung liegt mittendrin, die Uni ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die Holtenauer in 3 Minuten, sowie gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen.
Obwohl die Wohnung mittendrin ist, liegt sie in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, sodass man vom Knooper Weg Lärm nichts mitbekommt.

The flat is right in the middle of the city, the university is about 5 minutes away on foot, Holtenauer is 3 minutes away, and there are good connections in all directions.
Although the flat is in the middle of the city, it is in a very quiet street, so you don't hear any noise from Knooper Weg.
Ich wohne derzeit mit meinem Freund, Jakob, in einer 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung, aber da ich seit September einen Job in Kopenhagen habe und somit Teilzeit in Kiel:Teilzeit in Kopenhagen leben werde würden wir gerne eines unser Zimmer (ca. 20-25qm) vermieten. Sprich es handelt sich um eine 2er WG mit Jakob in einer 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung.
Jakob ist gerne mal unterwegs, macht Sport, geht in unsere Nachbarschaftsbar und arbeitet an seinen Projekten im Büro. Uns ist wichtig, dass das Zusammenleben harmonisch und ungezwungen ist und kein alleiniger Fokus auf Party liegt ;)
Ein paar Hundehaare werden sich in der Wohnung auffinden, da ich eine Hündin habe, die also auch ab uns zu mit nach Kiel kommt. Also solltest du mit Hunden nach Möglichkeit cool sein :)

I currently live with my boyfriend, Jakob, in a 3.5 room flat, but as I am starting a job in Copenhagen in September and will therefore be living part-time in Kiel:part-time in Copenhagen we would like to rent out one of our rooms (approx. 20-25 sqm). It is a 2-person flat share with Jakob in a 3.5 room flat.
Jakob likes to go out, do sports, go to our neighbourhood bar and work on his projects in the office. It is important to us that living together is harmonious and informal and that there is no sole focus on partying ;)
There will be a few dog hairs in the flat, as I have a bitch who also comes to Kiel with me from time to time. So you should be cool with dogs if possible :)
Einzug wäre ab März. Es besteht die Möglichkeit das Zimmer möbliert, teilmöbliert etc. zu übernehmen.
Wir sind offen für etwas unbegrenztes, Zwischenmiete, Auslandsaufenthalt, Praktikum.

Moving in would be possible immediately, but we are quite flexible. As well as the possibility to take over the room furnished, partly furnished etc..
