WG-Zimmer in Uninähe ab Mitte Oktober

WG Neugründung. Wir sind zwei cis-Männer und suchen einen weiteren netten Menschen für unsere WG. Genauer sind wir:

Julius (35) und Niklas (31). Ich (Niklas) wohne schon seit mehr als 10 Jahren in Kiel und habe hier Physik studiert. Aktuell arbeite ich an der Uni und schaue, was ich in der Zukunft konkret machen möchte. Ich bin gerne auf (Punk-rock) Konzerten aber auch Techno und anderen Tanzveranstaltungen unterwegs. Außerdem finde ich eine selbstbeschreibung schwierig zu schreiben - fragt einfach nach!

Julius spielt gerne Pen&Paper-Rollenspiele, cornert gerne draußen bei einem Bier, oder hängt in irgendwelchen Bars am Tresen, oder lässt sich auf Konzerten die Ohren rauspusten.
Da so viel Sozialisation außerhalb der eigenen vier Wände auch mal viel werden kann, hängt er auch Zuhause gerne vor dem PC, mit einem Buch im Bett, oder mit Dir in der Küche ab.Gemeinsam kochen und abhängen ist cool, rausgehen auf jeden Fall auch, wenn du deine Ruhe haben willst ist natürlich aber auch vollkommen super!

Wir streben an ein Haushalt mit folgenden Werten zu sein:

Vermietet wird ein Altbauzimmer mit eigenem Balkon in Nordausrichtung (Trotzdem hell dank großem Fenster). Dank hoher Decke gut für ein Hochbett geeignet. Die auf den Bilder zu sehenden Möbel werden nicht mit vermietet und können auch nicht übernommen werden - das Zimmer ist also leer.
Ein Duschbad mit separatem WC, eine gut ausgestattete, neue Einbauküche sowie der Südbalkon an einem der anderen Zimmer stehen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung bereit. Wenn du weitere Fragen hast stehen wir gerne zur Verfügung.

We are two cis-men founding a new shared living space. We are looking for a nice person to complete the 3 room apartment.

We are Julius (35) and Niklas (31). I (Niklas) live in Kiel for more than 10 years and I studied physics at the CAU. At the moment I'm working at the University but I'm in the process of figuring out what I want to do in the future. I like going to (punkrock) concerts as well as techno events. I find it hard to describe myself in few words. Just ask of you want to know more :)

Julius likes to play pen&paper, cornering outside with a beer, hangs out in various bars at the counter or gets a good clearing of the ears a concerts. Because this much socializing can be exhausting he also like to spend time at home in front of the computer, with a book in bed or with you in the kitchen. To cook or hang out together is cool, go outside as well - but if you need some rest or space that is fine as well. Everyone should be content!

We are renting out a north-facing room with its own balcony, which is still bright thanks to its large windows. Due to the high ceiling the room is ideally suited for a high-raised bed. The furniture visible on the images of the room will not be rented and cannot be taken over - the room is rented "emtpy".
The shared rooms include a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a new and well equipped kitchen as well as the south facing balcony of one of the private rooms.
