Dein neues Zimmer hat ~18qm und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, so dass du abends sogar noch reichlich Sonne abbekommst. Da ich das Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anbiete, ist es teilmöbliert. Du findest dort einen Schreibtisch und eine große Vitrine für deine Bücher/Klamotten/etwaige andere Gegenstände. Der Altbau bietet dir wunderbare 3,50m hohe Decken und einen vor wenigen Jahren komplett überarbeiteten Dielenboden an. Die Wohnung ist mit einer großen Küche ausgestattet und einem großen Bad ausgestattet, was man in Kiel nicht all zu häufig findet. In der Küche findest du neben der normalen Ausstattung auch eine Geschirrspül- und eine Waschmaschine, die du komplett nutzen kannst.

Your new room has ~18sqm and is south facing, so that you even get plenty of sun in the evening. Since I offer the room for intermediate rent, it is partly furnished. You'll find a desk and a large showcase for your books/clothes/other items. The old building offers you wonderful 3.50m high ceilings and a completely reworked floor board a few years ago. The apartment is equipped with a large kitchen and a large bathroom, which one does not find all too frequently in Kiel. In the kitchen you will find, besides the normal equipment, a dishwasher and a washing machine, which you can use completely.
Du wohnst in bester Unilage und brauchst zu Fuß sieben Minuten bis zum Audimax, mit dem Rad geht's natürlich schneller. Außerdem bist du in fußläufigen drei Minuten in der Holtenauer Straße, in der du bei vielen kleinen Geschäften shoppen und flanieren kannst. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und in drei Minuten bist du bei den nächsten Haltestellen, die dich überall in Kiel hinbringen. Außerdem liegt deine Wohnung nur sechs Fahrradminuten vom Schrevenpark entfernt, wo du im Sommer grillen und das Wetter genießen kannst. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen, dass du im Zentrum des Kieler Studentenleben wohnst. Die Uni, viele Bars und Kneipen, Restaurants aber auch das Wasser sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

You live in the best location only and need seven minutes on foot to reach the CAU Audimax, with the bike it's faster of course. You'll also reach Holtenauer Straße in three minutes on foot, where you can shop and stroll around many small shops. The bus stop is right in front of the door and in three minutes you are at the next bus stops that take you everywhere in Kiel. In addition, your apartment is only six minutes by bike from Schrevenpark, where you can barbecue and enjoy the weather in summer. In summary, you can say that you live in the centre of Kiel's student life. The university, many bars and pubs, restaurants but also the water are in the immediate vicinity.
Ich studiere an der Fachhochschule und bin nebenbei als Werkstudent tätig. Daher bin ich meist den ganzen Tag über unterwegs und erst Abends zuhause. Auf eine reine Zweck-WG habe ich keine Lust, weshalb ich mich freue, wenn wir ab und zu mal gemeinsam etwas kochen, ein Bier auf dem Balkon trinken oder einen Film gucken.

I don't fancy a purely functional shared flat, which is why I look forward to cooking something together from time to time, drinking a beer on the balcony or watching a movie.
