Das Zimmer hat eine hohe Decke und große Fenster, weshalb es sehr schön lichtdurchflutet ist. Außerdem ist es groß und hat eine tolle Raumaufteilung. Der Boden hat einen schönen und gepflegten Dielenboden. Die Wandfarbe ist in einem ganz leicht rose und wurde beim Einzug damals übernommen (sieht auf dem Bild dunkler aus als in echt). Die Wandfarbe kannst du dir gerne umstreichen.
Die Wohnung ist in direkter Uni nähe, das heißt du bist zu Fuß innerhalb von 3 Minuten am Audimax. Wenn du mal die Olshausenstraße weiter runter musst, fährt direkt vor der Tür die 51/52 und 61/62. Die andere Richtung runter, gelangt man zur Holtenauer Str. ebenfalls zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Die nächste Einkaufsoption ist ein Aldi und Rewe circa 5 min von hier.
Mit dir wohne ich Toni, 23 Jahre alt und Studentin in Pädagogik und Soziologie. Ich bin eine aufgeschlossene und fröhliche Person, mit der man sich gern mal unterhalten kann und die für fast jeden Spaß zu haben ist. Außerdem bin ich ordentlich und würde mir das auch von dir wünschen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, aber ich bin auch offen für Neues und deine Wünsche!
Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen Balkon nach hinten raus, einen Waschkeller mit Trockner und Waschmaschine und einen eigenen Kellerabteil.
