Ich suche von Mitte Juni bis Mitte Dezember eine/n Untermieter/in für mein (teil-)möbliertes Zimmer in einer WG in der Holtenauer Straße, direkt neben dem Theater und in der Nähe des Uni-Hauptcampus. Das Zimmer ist ~ 18 m² groß und zur Hauptstraße hin ausgerichtet. Es enthält ein Bett, einen Kleiderschrank und einen Schreibtisch .
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, hat 2,5 Zimmer und ist insgesamt 60 m² groß. Bad und Küche sind eher klein, enthalten aber alles Wichtige. Es gibt keinen Balkon aber dafür einen netten Innenhof.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Das Mietangebot ist nur befristet, bis zum Ende dieses Jahres! Es besteht aber eventuell die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung langfristig als Hauptmieter zu übernehmen.

From Mid-June to Mid-December, I will have my (partially) furnished room available in a shared flat on central Holtenauer Straße, next to the theatre and near the University's main campus. The room is ~ 18 m² and facing the main street. It contains a bed, wardrobe, and a desk.
The flat is on the 3rd floor, has 2.5 rooms and is 60 m² in total. Bathroom and kitchen are rather small but contain everything important. There's no balcony but a nice backyard.
Important note: the rental offer is only temporary, until the end of this year! However, there might be the chance to take over the flat long term as the main renter.
Entlang der Holtenauer Straße gibt es viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig erreichbar und mit dem Fahrrad sind Universität, UKSH, Hafen, Schrevenpark und Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt befindet sich an der nächsten Straßenecke.

Along the Holtenauer Straße, there are plenty of stores, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The next bus station is in walking distance and you can reach the university, UKSH, harbour, Schrevenpark and city centre within only a few minutes by bike. The closest supermarket is at the next street corner.
Dein Mitbewohner wäre Jonathan, ein freundlicher und aufgeschlossener junger Mann, der gerne reist und kocht. Er kommt aus den USA und befindet sich gerade in der Endphase seiner Doktorarbeit am UKSH. Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber wir trinken gerne mal ein Bier zusammen und haben einen netten Schnack, wann immer es möglich ist. Das WG-Leben war bislang stets unproblematisch und wir möchten das gerne so beibehalten.
Das dritte, kleinere Zimmer kann als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer oder als Gästezimmer genutzt werden.

Your flatmate would be Jonathan, a friendly and openminded young man who likes to travel and cook. He is from the USA and currently in the final stages of his PhD thesis at UKSH. We are not a party flat but like to have a beer together and chat whenever possible. WG life has always been easygoing and we would like to keep it that way.
The third, smaller room can be used as a shared room or a guest room.
