Wegen eine Reise vermiete ich mein Zimmer vom 27. August bis zum 23.September. Aus diesem Grund biete ich es zu einem ermäßigten Preis an, verglichen mit der Miete, die ich bezahle.
Das Zimmer ist das größte der drei Zimmer der Wg. Es hat 19 m2 und ist mit XXL-Bett, zwei großen Sofas, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, kleinen Tischen ausgestattet. Es ist hell und sehr gemütlich, um mit Freunden Pläne zu schmieden, z. B. Filme anzusehen, gemeinsam zu essen oder Spieleabende zu genießen.

Due to a trip, I am renting out my room from 27 August to 23 September. For this reason, I am offering it at a reduced price compared to the rent I pay.
The room is the largest of the three rooms in the shared flat. It has 19 m2 and is equipped with XXL bed, two large sofas, desk, closet, small tables. It is bright and very cozy to make plans with friends, e.g. watch movies, eat together or enjoy game nights
Die Lage ist top! Die CAU (University) und die Muthesius Kunsthochschule sind weniger als 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle Alsenstraße ist eine Minute entfernt. Und innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichst du Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann und die Holtenauerstraße. Die Bergstraße (die Party-Straße) ist mit dem Fahrrad in 4 Minuten oder zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kieler Förde und den Hauptbahnhof sind weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Der Schrevenpark ist nur drei Straßen entfernt!
The location is top! The CAU (University) and the Muthesius Kunsthochschule are less than 4 minutes away by bike and less than 10 minutes on foot. The bus stop Alsenstraße is one minute away. And within 5 minutes you can reach Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann and Holtenauerstraße. Bergstraße (the party street) can be reached by bike in 4 minutes or on foot in 10 minutes. The Kiel Fjord and the main train station are less than 10 minutes away by bike. The Schrevenpark is only three streets away!
Die WG liegt im ersten Stock, sie ist klein, aber gemütlich! Es ist eine sehr ruhige WG, da Natalie sehr mit ihrem Studium beschäftigt ist, sie schwimmt gerne und reist auch gerne! Edgar arbeitet und ist oft mit Freunden unterwegs, im Fitnessstudio oder beim Latino-Tanzen (was er sehr gut kann!). Wenn sie zu Hause sind, unterhalten wir uns manchmal in der Küche oder trinken gemeinsam ein Bier. Und sie sind immer da, wenn man etwas braucht!
The WG is located on the first floor, it is small but cozy! It is a very quiet WG, because Natalie is very busy with her studies, she likes to swim and travel too! Edgar works and is often out with friends, at the gym or Latin dancing (which he is very good at!). When they are home, we sometimes talk in the kitchen or have a beer together. And they are always there when you need something!
