WG-Neugründung (2er - 3er)

Ich suche vorrangig in den Stadtteilen Schrevenpark, Brunswik, Ravensberg und Wik. Sollte sich dort nichts finden lassen, können wir ab einem gewissen Punkt auch in anderen Gegenden suchen. Grundsätzlich bin ich was die Wohnung und Lage angeht recht anspruchsvoll. Das heißt gerne Altbau mit viel Licht, Holzfußböden und ein wenig Grün in einer möglichst ruhigen Gegend.

Ich könnte mir, wenn sich in den besagten Gegenden nichts finden lässt, auch vorstellen eine Wohnung weiter draußen (Mönkeberg, Heikendorf, Friedrichsort o.ä.) anzumieten. Das können wir dann aber alles in Ruhe besprechen und je nach den gegebenen Möglichkeiten abwägen.

I am primarily looking in the districts of Schrevenpark, Brunswik, Ravensberg and Wik. If nothing can be found there, we can also look in other areas from a certain point onwards. Basically, I am quite demanding when it comes to the apartment and location. That means I like old buildings with lots of light, wooden floors and a bit of greenery in as quiet an area as possible.

I could also imagine renting an apartment further out (Mönkeberg, Heikendorf, Friedrichsort or similar) if nothing can be found in the areas mentioned. But we can discuss all this in peace and quiet and weigh up the options according to the available possibilities.

ich bin Julius, 33 Jahre alt und möchte eine kleine WG mit maximal zwei weiteren Mitbewohner*innen gründen.
Ich wohne derzeit in einer größeren WG und suche nun ein wenig mehr Ruhe.

Kurz zu mir: Ich habe Medienkunst/- gestaltung am Bauhaus in Weimar studiert und bin auch in diesem Bereich tätig. Momentan übe ich eine Teilzeitbeschäftigung als Kameramann aus und betätige mich nebenher freiberuflich als Medienpädagoge und Medienkünstler/-gestalter.
Ich mache gerne Filme, produziere Musik und bin Mitorganisator des Illustratio-Festivals. Darüber hinaus bin ich Kitesurfenthusiast und -lehrer.

Ich bin neben der besagten Tätigkeit vielseitig interessiert und beschäftige mich gerne mit Philosophie, Psychologie und weiteren Aspekten des Lebens. Ich bin ein achtsamer, ruheliebender und naturverbundener Mensch und suche ein Zuhause, das diesen Ansprüchen gerecht wird. Ansonsten bin ich ein offener, kommunikativer Typ und für tiefgründige Gespräche zu begeistern. Ich bringe in jedem Fall sehr viel WG-Erfahrung mit und denke es lässt sich sehr gut mit mir aushalten :)

Was das gemeinschaftliche Zusammenwohnen betrifft, bin ich nicht auf eine konkrete Form oder bestimmte Abläufe festgelegt. Erfahrungsgemäß kenne ich von mir und aus vergangenen WGs sowohl ein eher zweckbezogenes Miteinander in Phasen des Rückzugs als auch ein liebevolles Miteinander mit gemeinsamem Kochen und regelmäßigem, offenem Austausch auf Augenhöhe. Grundsätzlich halte ich eine transparente Kommunikation für wichtig, um Missverständnissen vorzubeugen. Ich mag es harmonisch, es besteht allerdings kein Druck oder Zwang, wie es in der WG konkret zu laufen hat. Ich denke wir können die Dinge besprechen und entsprechend so gestalten, das sich alle wohl fühlen.

I'm Julius, 33 years old and would like to start a small shared flat with a maximum of two other flatmates.
I currently live in a larger shared flat and am now looking for a little more peace and quiet.

Briefly about me: I studied Media art and Design at the Bauhaus in Weimar and also work in this field. I currently work part-time as a cameraman and also freelance as a media educator and media artist/designer.
I enjoy making films, producing music and am co-organizer of the Illustratio Festival. I am also a kitesurfing enthusiast and instructor.

I have a wide range of interests in addition to the aforementioned activities and enjoy studying philosophy, psychology and other aspects of life. I am a mindful, peace-loving and nature-loving person and am looking for a home that meets these requirements. Apart from that, I am an open, communicative type and am enthusiastic about in-depth conversations. In any case, I have a lot of experience in shared flats and I think I'm very easy to get along with :)

As far as communal living is concerned, I am not tied to a specific form or certain procedures. From my own experience and from past shared flats, I've experienced both a more purposeful way of living together in phases of retreat and a loving way of living together with cooking together and regular, open exchanges at eye level. Basically, I think transparent communication is important to prevent misunderstandings. I like harmony, but there is no pressure or compulsion as to how things should be run in the shared flat. I think we can discuss things and arrange them so that everyone feels comfortable.

Ich suche eine*n ruhige*n Mitbewohner*in, da ich selber ein ruheliebender und sensibler Mensch bin.
Mir sind achtsame und respektvolle zwischenmenschliche Umgangsformen wichtig. Es wäre schön wenn du in dieser Hinsicht bewusst agierst, denn ich denke dann steht einem entspannten Miteinander nichts im Wege.
Ansonsten stelle ich keine weiteren großen Ansprüche an dich und lasse mich gerne überraschen.

I am looking for a quiet roommate, as I am a quiet and sensitive person myself.
Mindful and respectful interpersonal manners are important to me. It would be nice if you act consciously in this respect, because I think then nothing stands in the way of a relaxed coexistence.
Apart from that, I have no other great expectations of you and would be happy to be surprised.
