Moin,
wir ziehen in Ausland und deswegen wird unser gigantisch großes und tolles Zimmer frei! Das Zimmer ist ab Ende Februar frei, ab März ist aber auch kein Problem! :)
Das Zimmer ist über 50m² groß, lichtdurchflutet dank vielen, großen Fenstern, hat einen Erker und Dielenboden! Ein Traum!
Eignet sich also super sowohl für Paare als auch für Einzelpersonen. Wir haben als Paar wunderbar darin zu zweit gewohnt.
Es erwarten dich eine voll ausgestatte Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Klo und Bad sind getrennt und werden nur von deiner Mitbewohnerin mitbenutzt, da das andere Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat.
Super Einkaufsöglichkeiten (inkl. Aldi, Sky, Markant, REWE, Bauhaus) sowie jede Menge Pizzerien und ein McDonalds sind in unmittelbarar Umgebung vorhanden.
Die Uni ist ca 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt, und 4 Buslinien (22,81,71,72) fahren wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt ab. Mit diesen kommst du in 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und in ca. 12 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Der Schrevenpark ist auch nicht weit (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Rad) und in der angrenzenden Schrebergartenanlage kann man schön spazieren oder radfahren gehen.
Für die Autofahrer unter uns, es gibt einen Parkplatz im Hof und falls dieser mal belegt sein sollte auch in der Nähe viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Auffahrt zur Bundesstrasse ist auch gleich ums Eck.
Deine künftigen Mitbewohner wären Max (24, Student) und der oder die neue Mitbewohner/in wird aktuell gecastet.
Bei Bedarf können die Zeiten auch individuell verhandelt werden, einfach fragen :)

Hey there!
We are renting out our gigantic room with over 50m² from the end of February or March as we both go abroad.
The room is very bright, with many huge windows, beautiful wooden floorboards and even has an oriel! Believe me, its a gem!
We lived here as a couple, as the room can be seperated by mobile curtains, which basically creats a seperated bedroom and a living room.
The flat is fully equipped; the kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine and everything else you will need. The toilet/bathroom and the shower are seperate, avoids traffic jams in the morning!
Shopping facilities and supermarkets are close and abundant. University is about 5 min by bike and the bus stop near the house connects you with the whole world. Parks and green areas are also very close.
So if you like the room as much as we do, just give us a call!
