Moin,
unsere langjährige Mitbewohnerin zieht aus und wir sind aus diesem Grund auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist 20,4 m² groß, sehr hell und hat einen eigenen Zugang zu einem unserer beiden Balkone. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen ausreichend groß, mit großem Flur und vom Badezimmer getrennter Toilette. Die Küche hat einen eigenen Balkon mit einem kleinen Hauswirtschaftsraum wo alles wichtige untergebracht werden kann.
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. (Linie 22, 72, 81)
Wir sitzen gerne im Sommer auf dem Balkon, grillen und trinken mal ein Bier zusammen. Manchmal machen wir einen Spieleabend oder gehen gemeinsam etwas essen oder feiern. Insgesamt sind wir sehr unkompliziert und pflegeleicht und es wäre schön, wenn unsere neue Mitbewohnerin ähnlich unkompliziert ist.
Das Zimmer wird von der Vermieterin Ende Februar renoviert.
