Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein. Es hat ein eingebautes Hochbett, auf das eine 1,40er Matratze passt. Durch den zusätzlichen Platz kriegt man alles übrige locker in den Raum. Das Zimmer wird komplett leer übergeben. Außerdem hat es einen schönen Dielenfußboden und ein großes Fenster. Direkt gegenüber von dem Zimmer ist das Bad mit einer Dusche und der Waschmaschine. Die Toilette ist seperat daneben.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt am Wilhelmplatz. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen und die Uni ist auch nicht weit weg. Besonders cool ist die Nähe zum Schreventeich, der der direkt um die Ecke liegt. Rewe liegt auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
In der Wohnung wohnen Matthias (40), Ines (27) und Steffen (24). Matthias ist bereits berufstätig und nur abends in der WG anzutreffen. Ines und Steffen sind jeweils im Master. Durch die verschiedenen Tagesabläufe sieht man sich meistens nur abends. In der Regel hat man also seine Ruhe.
