Ab sofort vermiete ich ein Zimmer in meiner Altbauwohnung am Schrevenpark (ca 20m2.)
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und liegt in der schönsten Straße Kiels, im Jungfernstieg. Von hier aus ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt hier alles was man braucht, nette Bars, Cafés, Bäckereien, Parkplätze, Busstation und natürlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, Aldi und co.
Fun fact : Was den Kieler-Altbaucharme noch perfekt macht, ist die Dusche in der Küche, daran gewöhnt man sich aber auch sehr schnell. - ist aber nichts für jeden, deshalb sollte man was das angeht entspannt sein.!
Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt weiß ich noch nicht, wie lange ich in Kiel bleibe, daher könnte es auch darauf hinauslaufen, dass ich die Wohnung auflöse und du sie übernehmen kannst.
