Moin. Ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 01.5.2023 bis 11.06.2022, da ich in der Zeit in Norwegen ein Praktikum auf einer Seegrass-Farm mache und ein paar eisige Wellen surfe. Der Zeitraum ist auf jeden Fall flexibel (z.B. später Einziehen absolut kein Problemo), können wir dann nochmal drüber schnacken.
Das Zimmer ist 18m2 groß, geht zum grünen und ruhigen Hinterhof raus und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon (der Balkon ist auch von der Küche erreichbar). Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet und bietet dir den perfekten Start oder ein gemütliches Zuhause für eine längere Zwischenstation in Kiel. Meine Pflanzen bleiben auch dort und freuen sich über Gesellschaft und Wasser.
Das Zimmer kostet warm 400€ pro Monat (alles drin).

hi there. I am subletting my room from May 1, 2023 to June 11, 2023 as I'm doing an internship on a sea grass farm in Norway and will be surfing some icy waves during that time. The time frame is flexible (e.g. moving in later would not be problem).
The room has 18m2, faces the green backyard and has direct access to the balcony (the balcony is also accessible from the kitchen). The room is furnished and offers you the perfect start or a cosy home for a longer stay in Kiel. My plants will stay and are happy about some company and water.
The room costs 400€ per month (everything included).
Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Westring, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür, Schrevenpark um die Ecke, Supermärkte drei bis 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Guten Kaffee gibts im Umkreis von 1km bei Loppo, Kopiton und im Bakeliet. Mittwochs und Samstags gibts regionales Obst und Gemüse auf dem Markt am Exer. Zum Bahnhof fährt der Bus dich in 10 min oder du schnappst dir ein Sprottenflotten-Rad vor der Haustür und bist ebenfalls fix dort. Zur Uni ist es eine entspannte 5-Minuten-Fahrt über die Veloroute und von der Haustür bis zum Sprung in die Kieler Förde sind's auch nur 10 min.

The flat is centrally located on the Westring, bus stop directly in front of the door, Schrevenpark around the corner, supermarkets three to 10 minutes away by feet. Good coffee is available within 1km at Loppo, Kopiton and Bakeliet. On Wednesdays and Saturdays you can buy local fruit and vegetables at the market on Exer. The bus takes you to the train station in 10 minutes or you can grab a rental bike across the street and be there in no time. The university is also just a relaxed 5-minute ride along the Veloroute.
Du wohnst zusammen mit "Guxi" (23) und Linus (23).
Linus studiert Jura, aber entspricht absolut nicht dem Klischee eines Jurastudierenden. Eigentlich ist er immerzu am Windsurfen oder Kaffeetrinken. "Guxi" wird Landschaftsarchitekt, surft genauso gern und auch Kaffeetrinken ist ein Hobby. Beide sind umgängliche und absolut sympathische Menschen.
Uns alle verbindet unsere Liebe zum Meer und zu gutem Essen. Es wird gemeinsam gekocht, in der Förde gebadet und der Tageszeit entsprechende Getränke auf dem Balkon oder der gemütlichen Küche konsumiert. Wir nehmen aufeinander Rücksicht, halten die Wohnung gemeinsam sauber, sodass sich alle wohlfühlen und freuen uns über einen emphatischen und offenen Menschen, der/die Lust auf gemeinsam Leben hat.

You live together with "Guxi" (23) and Linus (23).
Linus studies law, but doesn't fit the stereotype of a law student at all. In fact, he's always windsurfing or drinking coffee. "Guxi" is going to be a landscape architect, equally likes surfing and drinking coffee is also a hobby. Both are extraordinary kind people.
We all share a love of the sea and good food. We cook together, swim in the fjord and consume drinks on the balcony or in the cosy kitchen according to the time of day. We are considerate of each other, keep the flat clean together so that everyone feels comfortable and are happy to meet an emphatic and open-minded person who wants to live together.
