In unserer gemeinschaftlichen Wg wird das kleine aber sehr gemütliche Zimmer frei. Es hat 11,3 qm, ist rechteckig geschnitten und durch das große Fenster sehr hell. Es hat ein großes Hochbett für eine Matratze von 1,40 m und eine große Ablagefläche. Durch das Hochbett wirkt das Zimmer viel größer und kann vielfältig genutzt werden. Es wäre super wenn du das Hochbett übernehmen könntest mit einer Kostenbeteiligung von 100 €. Altbautypisch hat das Zimmer hohe Decken. So bleibt unter dem Hochbett viel Blatz. Der Boden ist wie in der gesamten Wohnung mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt.
In our shared flat the small but very cozy room is free. It has 11.3 square meters, is rectangular cut and very bright through the large window. It has a large loft bed for a mattress of 1.40 m and a large storage area. The loft bed makes the room look much larger and can be used in many ways. It would be great if you could take over the loft bed with a cost sharing of 100 €. Typical for old buildings, the room has high ceilings. So there is a lot of space under the loft bed. The floor is laid out as in the entire apartment with light laminate.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, direkt vor der Haustür fahren Busse Richtung Uni und Innenstadt.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist eigentlich alles am besten zu erreichen, zur Uni und zum UKSH sind es ca 10 min. Fussläufig sind Supermärkte und das "Dönerdreieck" erreichbar, sowie ein paar Kneipen. Ausserdem befindet sich die Wohnung ganz in der Nähe des Schrevenparks und eines Tiergeheges.
The transport links are great, buses go directly from the front door to the university and the city center.
By bike, everything is actually best to reach, to the university and the UKSH it is about 10 min. Supermarkets and the "Dönerdreieck" are within walking distance, as well as a few pubs. In addition, the apartment is very close to the Schrevenpark and an animal enclosure.
Das WG-Leben bei uns ist recht ausgeprägt. Wir sitzten gerne zusammen in der Küche und schnacken. Es wird viel gekocht, Bier getrunken und inzwischen seltener auch gefeiert.
Ansonsten unternehmen wir auch außerhalb der WG gerne was zusammen, z.B. gemeinsam Reisen mit Bulli oder Backpack, Festivals oder diverse Ausflüge.
Die Bewohner sind eine relativ bunt durchgemischte Truppe:
Malte, 27, aktuell Student der Sozialen Arbeit, ehemals Kindergärtner, eigentlich Quarterback aus Hamburg
Adrian, 31, Mediziner und Biologe, eigentlich Weltenbummler und bei richtigem Wind auf dem Surfbrett zu Hause
Sirko, 34, macht aktuell als Matrose die umliegenden Gewässer unsicher und drückt gerade nochmal die Schulbank
Hannah, 35, aktuell Medizinstudium beendet, ehemals Schwester, eigentlich Bullifahrerin auf der Suche nach den schönsten Stränden
The WG life with us is quite pronounced. We like to sit together in the kitchen and chat. There is a lot of cooking, beer drinking and now less often also partying.
Apart from that, we also like to do things together outside the WG, e.g. traveling together with a van or backpack, festivals or various trips.
The residents are a relatively diverse group:
Malte, 27, currently a student of social work, formerly a kindergarten teacher, actually a quarterback from Hamburg.
Adrian, 31, medical doctor and biologist, actually a globetrotter and at home on a surfboard when the wind is right
Sirko, 34, is currently a sailor in the surrounding waters and is currently going back to school
Hannah, 35, currently finishing her medical studies, formerly a nurse, actually a van driver in search of the most beautiful beaches
Am besten kontaktiert ihr mich per SMS, Whatsapp oder Mail. Skype geht natürlich auch falls ihr von weiterer weg kommt.
