Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, zwei Bädern, getrennt in WC und Dusche, sowie der Küche. Das hier vermietete Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine Tür zur Straße. Da die Wohnung ehemalig als Laden zu verschiedenen Zwecken diente, hat sie auch ein Schaufenster. Durch das Schaufenster in Richtung Süden fällt viel Licht ins Zimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, und hat mehrere Grünflächen sowie Parks und das Nordmarkssportfeld in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es jedoch nicht weit zur Uni oder in die Stadt. Es gibt zudem zwei Bushaltestellen in der Straße und zwei weitere an der Kreuzung. Aldi und Markant sind ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Rewe ist etwas weiter entfernt, hat jedoch bis 23 Uhr auf falls man mal spät dran ist. Im ganzen Haus leben Student*innen und wir verstehen uns gut mit unseren Nachbarn.
Deine zwei Mitbewohner sind beide männlich und beide Studenten. Wir verstehen uns gut, kochen ab und an zusammen und machen Musik, sind also keine Zweck-WG. Offene Kommunikation ist uns wichtig.
