Hallo Wohnungssuchende :)
Zum 23.04.2023 suche ich eine*n geeignete*n Nachfolger*in für meinen Mitbewohner (und zukünftiger*in Mitbewohner*in da die Wohnung 2 Zimmer frei hat. Sehe dir gerne das andere freie Zimmer an: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/9995930.html )
Dein Zimmer hat 18 qm, nachmittags und abends Sonne, liegt allerdings zur Straße. Deine Miete inklusive Strom und Internet beträgt aktuell 450€.
Die Wohnung liegt in der 2. Etage und hat insgesamt drei Zimmer und eine große Küche. Zur Verfügung steht eine Waschmaschine und Fahrradständer im Hinterhof.
Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 3 Minuten. Zum Exerzierplatz läuft man 10 Minuten und am Hbf sowie an der Uni ist man mit dem Bus in ca. 10 Minuten.
Du werdest mit Tim (36) und eine*n neu*n Mitbewohner*in (Sehe dir gerne das andere freie Zimmer an: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/9995930.html) wohnen.
Tim ist super entspannt, liebt surfen, kochen, Partys zu organisieren und Musik auflegen. Ist ein sehr netter Kerl mit dem den Alltag schöner ist.
Bitte beachten, dass das Zimmer bis 31.07.23 frei ist.
