Das Zimmer gehört zu Unidorm und befindet sich in deren Standort Königsweg (Südriedhof). Es ist voll möbliert mit einem Doppelbett, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl, einem Nachttisch und einem weiteren Schrank und schließlich mit einem Mini-Kühlschrank. Es ist ungefähr 13 Quadratmeter groß. Das Badezimmer wird mit einem anderen Mitbewohner geteilt und das zweite Badezimmer wird von den 3 anderen Mitbewohnern geteilt.

The room belongs to Unidorm and it is at their Königsweg (Südriedhof) location. It is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair, a nightstand and another cabinet and lastly with a mini fridge. It is approximately 13 square meters. The bathroom is shared with another roommate and the second bathroom is shared by the 3 other roommates.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Es sind 7 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hbf. In der Nähe gibt es zwei große Geschäfte, Rewe und Lidl, sowie viele Dönerläden.

The location could not get better. It is 7 minutes by walking to Hbf. There are two big shops Rewe and Lidl nearby with many Döner shops around.

Man wohnt mit 4 weiteren Leuten zusammen, aber man sollte sich nicht einschüchtern lassen, denn im Allgemeinen sind alle unterwegs und draußen sehr aktiv. Es kommt darauf an, ob man sich mit den Mitbewohnern anfreunden und Kochabende veranstalten möchte oder einfach nur friedlich die Wohnung teilen möchte :)

You will be living with 4 more people but don’t get intimidated because generally everyone is on the way and very active outside. It depend if you want to become friends with the roommates and do cooking evenings or just want peacefully share the flat.

Ich werde wahrscheinlich etwas früher als am 01.06. ausziehen, aber das genaue Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum kann sicher besprochen werden. I will probably move out a bit earlier then 01.06 but the exact move in and move out date can be discussed for sure. Please tell me a little about yourself and your prefered date to see the room. Also you need to be enrolled as a student to move in.
