We are renting our additional room from 26.08.2019 until 01.11.2019.
Currently, two people living in the apartment. Me and My Indian friend Summit. Sumit is in the holiday, he will be back from holiday in the middle of September. Our apartment is on 2nd flour. 3 room apartment. We are using the biggest room with balcony as living room in which we make parties and play movies on projector time to time. A place where we use to chill out in general. In the side street to the Westring, you can live very well. Directly around the corner is a Sky market, LIDL, Aldi and a Rossmann. The public transport connection is also top! 5 minutes from the bus line 81 and 51 feet.
Leider, mein Deutsch zu sprechen ist nicht so gut, ich ein bisschen verstehen kann, aber immer noch in de Anfangerstufe.
Von 26.08.2019 bis 01.11.2019, suche ich das helle 22qm große Zimmer, ausgestattet mit tollem Dielenfußboden und zwei großen Fenstern, eine nette neue Mitbewohnerin.
In der Nebenstraße zum Westring lässt es sich sehr gut leben. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Sky-Markt, LIDL, Aldi sowie ein Rossmann. Die Verkehrsanbindung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel ist auch top! 5 Minuten von der Buslinie 81 und 51 Fuß.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im 2.Stock, ist knapp 110m² gross und hat alles, was man braucht - grosses Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, eine Einbauküche, einem Balkon und vor allem ein sehr grosses Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa und Projector.
Der Preis von 300€ beinhaltet alles, was man zum Wohnen benötigt. Auch Strom, Telefon/Internet.
5 Minuten von der Buslinie 81 und 51 Fuß.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind allesamt Erstis:
