Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem weltoffenen Mitmenschen für meine 2 Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon.
Du würdest in das 12 qm große und gut geschnittene Zimmer einziehen. Alles was du brauchst passt auf jeden Fall rein. Durch die 2 großen Fenster kommt viel Tageslicht rein.
Durch den kleinen Flur kommst du in große Küche und von dort auf den sonnigen Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Südfriedhof recht zentral, aber ruhig.
Du bist in:
5 min zu Fuß am Bahnhof
5 min an der nächsten Bushaltestelle
5 min zu Fuß bei Sky/Lidl/Rossmann
15 min mit dem Fahrrad an der Uni.
Und nun kurz zu mir:
Ich bin Julius, 21 Jahre alt und studiere Medizin an der CAU.
Wenn ich grad nicht studiere mache ich gerne Sport und Musik.
Ich habe keine Lust auf eine Zweck-WG und würde mich freuen wenn man auch mal auf ein Bierchen miteinander schnacken kann, zusammen kocht oder einfach auf dem Balkon die Sonne genießt.
Ich unterhalte mich gerne, habe aber manchmal auch gerne meine Ruhe.
