Das Zimmer befindet sich im EG auf der Straßenseite, aber weil es eine wenig befahrene Straße ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Es hat ein großes Fenster und Kabelanschluss.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zur Innstadt/Bahnhof. Supermärkte sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Spaziergänge bieten sich im Park (Moorteichwiesen) an, der direkt um die Ecke liegt.
Für dem Weg zur Uni benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten, aber auch die Busanbindung ist sehr gut.
Da ich berufstätig bin, bin in der Woche tagsüber eher weniger zuhause. Ich bin ein sehr offener und ordentlicher Mensch und würde mir das auch von meiner Mitbewohnerin wünschen :-) ich bin ebenfalls für gemeinsame Unternehmungen oder Abende in der WG zu haben.
Ich freue mich über jedes Interesse an dem Zimmer und bin gewillt mich da auch schnell zu entscheiden. :-)
