Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, sowie ein Badezimmer und eine Küche. Das zuvermietende Zimmer hat etwa 18 Quadratmeter. Es ist gut geschnitten und hat große Fenster und somit optimal als WG-Zimmer geeignet. Es gibt außerdem ein gemeisnchaftiches, geräumiges Wohnzimmer, sowie einen Balkon. Die Küch ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad ebenso. Eine kleine Waschmaschiene ist in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof, dieser ist fußläufig zu erreichen, die Uni kann man in einer guten halben Stunde erreichen. Des Weiteren sind auch weitere Bushaltestellen von der Wohnung gut zu erreichen.
Es gibt mehrere EInkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe so wie den Sophienhof. Für den alltägliche Bedarf ist also alles vorhanden.
Wie genau sich das WG-Leben gestallten soll, hängt von dir ab. Ich bin so wohl für eine reine Zweck-WG offen, als auch dafür mal gemeinsam einen Film zu gucken oder was leckeres zu kochen, lass uns einfach gucken wie es passt.
Sehr wichtig wäre es mir, dass wir einen gemeinsamen Putzplan erstellen und für eine ordentliche Umgebung sorgen.
