In unserer schönen 4-er WG wird vom 01.12. - 15.12 ein möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und zur Nordseite gewandt. Durch den angrenzenden Hinterhof ist es sehr ruhig und man kann auf dem dazugehörigen Balkon morgens mit Sonne frühstücken. Es ist ein Hochbett zum Platzsparen eingebaut sowie ein Sofa, ein Beistelltisch, eine Kommode, ein Schrank und ein Schreibtisch.
Eine Kaution ist nicht nötig. Miete für die zwei Wochen: 140€ all inclusive
Die Wohnung liegt 4 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt, 3 Minuten vom Schrevenpark, und ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad von der Uni entfernt (als Muthesius-Student hast du es noch besser, da sind es lediglich 2 entspannte Minuten).
Die WG ist für alle Bewohner ein echtes Zuhause und das absolute Gegenteil einer Zweck-WG. Wir kochen oft zusammen, gehen ein Bier trinken oder sitzen auf dem Balkon. Aus diesem Grund suchen wir jemanden, der nicht nur günstig wohnen möchte, sondern auch Lust auf echtes WG-Leben hat.
