Das Zimmer ist 15 m2 groß und verfügt über eine breite Fensterfront nach Süden raus, wodurch das Zimmer immer schön hell ist. Das Zimmer selbst ist individuell geschnitten, was einem aber interessante Möglichkeiten zur Möbelanordnung ermöglicht. In der Wohnung liegt das Zimmer etwas abgelegen, wodurch man seine Ruhe hat, wenn man möchte. Innerhalb der Wohnung ist das Zimmer zwar das kleinste, aber dafür auch das günstigste, da wir die Miete nach Quadratmetern berechnen.
Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zur Uni und auch zur Unibibliothek ist es nicht weit, sowie zu den Uni-Sportstätten und einem Fitnesszentrum (FiZ). Die Busanbindung ist sehr gut, man kommt direkt mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt (61,62). Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem per Bus zu erreichen und notfalls auch zu Fuß. Bäcker, Arzt, Copyshop und Pizzeria sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
