Das eine Zimmer hat 15m2, das andere ist etwas kleiner. Ich ziehe zu April hin nach Tübingen in die Stadt, weswegen mein Zimmer (das Größere) dann frei wird. Das Kleinere wäre jetzt schon beziehbar. Das Große liegt bei 390€ Gesamtmiete, das Kleinere ist dementsprechend etwas günstiger.

Es gibt eine kleine Küche und ein kleines Bad, welches der allgemeinnutzung zur Verfügung steht. Außerdem gibt es noch einen gemeinsamen Esstisch und eine Dartscheibe.

Ich hab das Zimmer im Oktober frisch gestrichen, und es gibt die Möglichkeit ein Auto vor dem Haus zu parken.

Zur Uni Tübingen braucht man etwas länger. Reutlingen und Tübingen sind etwa gleichweit weg. In 3min Fußweg erreicht man allerdings einen Bio Laden, eine Pizzeria, einen Dönerladen, eine Apotheke, etc. Supermärkte gibt es auch, in der Nähe vom Bahnhof.

Ein wirkliches WG Leben gibt es nicht, da es sich hier um eine Zweck-WG handelt. Jeder macht einfach so ein bisschen sein eigenes Ding. Sie es studieren oder arbeiten.
