Es sind 1,5 Zimmer mit insgesamt ca. 25 qm und einem kleinen Balkon, Westseite mit Abendsonne. Das Haus ist auf einem Pferdehof, war mal eine alte Mühle, die aber leider abgebrannt ist. Wir bewohnen das Wohnhaus der früheren Müller. Der Pferdehof ist verpachtet mit kleiner Ponyschule - kein Riesen Betrieb, sehr überschaubar.
Wir teilen eine große Wohnküche, einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum und zwei Tageslichtbäder. Es gibt ausreichend Keller- und Dachbodenraum und vor allem Platz draußen, Garten, Wiese und Feuerstelle...
Wir wohnen in einem großen Landhaus mit Wirtschaftsgebäuden, schönem Hof und viel Land direkt am Fluss ca. 10 km von Marburg, ca. 5 km von Kirchhain entfernt, gehört zu Kirchhain. Sehr schön gelegen, am Ortseingang, also alleinstehend. Busverbindung nach Marburg leider maximal im Stundentakt.
Wir suchen noch eine/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG, ab ca. 45, die/der mobil sein sollte und die/der sich vorstellen kann in einer WG zu leben und längerfristig zu bleiben, sich gemeinsam einzulassen.
Wir selbst sind 3 Personen und 52(w) ,57(w), 71(m) Jahre jung, also keine Studi-WG.
