Mein Mitbewohner zieht aus. Deshalb suche ich einen Nachmieter/in ab 1. Mai.
Das Bad ist relativ klein, hat aber eine Badewanne. Dafür gibt es in der Wohnung ein zusätzliches Gästeklo.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, der zur Hofseite rausgeht und im Sommer schön schattig ist. Ein toller Platz zum entspannen.
WLAN mit 100 Mbps verfügbar.
Etwashausen liegt in Kitzingen östlich des Mains. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im ehemaligen Landesgartenschaupark am Main. Bis in die " City" sind es zu Fuß knapp 10 min.
Es gibt eine gute Zugverbindung nach Würzburg und Nürnberg und der Bahnhof ist mit dem Rad in etwa 10 min zu erreichen.
Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich der Walfisch, eine Art Dorfkneipe, in der man abends schnell mal eine Kleinigkeit essen gehen kann, wenn man keine Lust hat zu kochen.
