Hey there! Are you looking for a cozy room in a great location in Südstadt?
We have a lovely 14m2 room available in our shared flat starting from July 5th.
The room comes fully furnished, and since I bought everything new when I moved 2 years ago, I would ask €600 for all the furniture. I will leave my bed with mattress, a desk with chair, 2 chests of drawers to put your clothes, a clothing rack, a little library, a little mirror and a night stand with lamp. The room has a large window with good light coming in but there are also some thick curtains to block the light if you like to sleep in darkness :)
You'll have access to a large and functional shared kitchen with all appliances (fridge, oven, washing machine, and even a dish washer!) as well as a shared bathroom.

Suchst du nach einem gemütlichen Zimmer in der schönen Südstadt?
Ab dem 5. Juli wird bei uns ein wunderbares 14m² großes Zimmer in der WG frei.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, und da ich vor 2 Jahren alles neu gekauft habe, würde ich für alle Möbel 600 € verlangen. Ich lasse mein Bett mit Matratze, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, 2 Kommoden für deine Kleidung, einen Kleiderständer, ein kleines Regal, einen kleinen Spiegel und einen Nachttisch mit Lampe zurück. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster mit viel Licht, aber es gibt auch dicke Vorhänge, falls du lieber im Dunkeln schläfst :)
Die WG hat eine schöne Gemeinschaftsküche mit allen nötigen Geräten (Kühlschrank, Backofen, Waschmaschine und sogar einem Geschirrspüler!) sowie ein Gemeinschaftsbad.
The flat is located right next to the Rhine, just a 5-minute walk from Chlodwigplatz. Plus, we're conveniently located above the U-Bahn Bonner Wall and the bus stop. The area is very cute with shops and restaurants all around.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Rheins, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Chlodwigplatz entfernt. Außerdem wohnen wir direkt an der U-Bahnstation und Bushaltestelle vom Bonner Wall. Die Gegend ist sehr hübsch und hat viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
You'll be sharing the flat with two amazing roommates, Maxi and Bruna. Maxi is a super nice and respectful guy from Germany, and Bruna is a sweet and funny girl from Brazil. The vibe is chill and friendly in the house, everyone is openminded and always open for a good chat :) Both Bruna and Maxi are young professionals, so that would be preferred, but not a requirement.

Du wirst die Wohnung mit zwei fantastischen Mitbewohnern teilen, Maxi und Bruna. Maxi ist ein sehr netter und harmonischer Typ aus Deutschland und Bruna ist ein eine wunderbare und witzige Mitbewohnerin aus Brasilien. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist super entspannt und freundlich, jeder ist aufgeschlossen und immer für einen guten Plausch zu haben :) Sowohl Bruna als auch Maxi sind berufstätig. Was wir auch für unsere zukünftige Mitbewohner: in bevorzugen würden (ist aber keine Voraussetzung).
