Hallo ihr lieben!
Ich bin einen Monat auf Reise, daher würde ich mein Zimmer in dem Zeitraum gern zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.
Es sind ca 15 qm mit eigenem Bad und Fenster direkt zum Balkon.
Küche usw kann natürlich gerne mit benutzt werden! Waschmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ich bin am 9. schon früh morgens weg, deswegen werden meine zwei Mitbewohnerinnen dich begrüßen und kurz alles zeigen :)
Ich würde eine Kaution von 300 Euro erheben, einfach falls iwas kaputt geht oder nicht mehr auffindbar ist. Sollte das nicht der Fall sein, kriegst du diese natürlich am letzten Tag deines Aufenthaltes wieder!
Wir sind hier direkt an der A57 (mit Fenster zu hört man aber quasi nichts).
Bis zur Innenstadt sind’s ca 15 min mit dem Rad und die Bahn ist auch nur 7-10 Fußweg entfernt.
Supermärkte und Kiosk sind auch Lauf Distanz von ca. 5-15 min erreichbar!
Wir sind eine dreier Mädels Wg. Blanca und Joy sind beides zwei super unkomplizierte und offene Menschen, die du natürlich auch gern mal um Hilfe fragen kannst falls irgendwas ist :)
