Hallo zusammen,
Da ich berufsbedingt einen Monat (vllt. auch 2 Monate) unterwegs bin, möchte ich mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Meine Möbel lasse ich alle da, sodass du diese nutzen kannst 👍
Sehr zentral gelegen.
StraBa 16/18 in 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Bus fährt sozusagen direkt vor der Haustüre.
Clubs oÄ sind 10-15 min entfernt. Das berühmte „Kebab-Land“ bspw nur 10 min zu Fuss :)
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene und respektvolle WG.
Deine Mitbewohner*in sind beides sehr nette und umgängliche Türnachbarn. Beide studieren vollzeit und arbeiten nebenbei. Demnach ist der persönliche Ruckzugsort, das Zimmer, stets zu berücksichtigen. Nichtsdestotrotz sind beide offen und gegen ein gemeinsames Bier (oder auch Wasser) spricht i.d.R. Nichts :)
Im Auswahlprozess sind natürlich beide involviert, sodass Du die Möglichkeit hast, sie auch vorab kennenzulernen.
Je nach Verfügbarkeit werden unter Umständen auch online-Besichtigungen durchgeführt. Meldet euch gern im Vorfeld diesbezüglich:)
