Da im Oktober mein Studium in Köthen beginnt, suche ich noch eine Unterkunft. Ein schon möbiliertes WG-Zimmer wäre schön. Die Warmmiete sollte, je nach Größe des Zimmers, aber 250€ nicht übersteigen.
Gut wäre außerdem:
- DSL-Anschluss (wichtig)
- Nähe zur Hochschule (FB5) und Bahnhof
Zu meiner Person: Ich bin Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere, sehr anpassungsfähig. E-Mails beantworte ich meistens innerhalb eines Tages.
