Hallo Zusammen,
ich vermiete ab Mai ein ca 11 Quadratmerer großes Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat 62 Quadratmeter und einen Balkon und liegt im Stadtteil Fürstenberg. Ich bevorzuge Wochenendheimfahrer, da ich am Wochenende gerne meine Ruhe habe, ansonsten bin ich ein sehr geselliger Mensch und wünsche mir eine/n ordentlichen Mitbewohner/in ( ja, es gibt einen Putzplan) zum gemeinsam Kochen, Sporteln und auch mal Ausgehen. Keine reine Zweck WG, die Sympathie muss passen. Mit mir leben noch zwei alte Katzendamen in der Wohnung, also nichts für Allergiker.
Ich freue mich auf Eure Zuschriften, bitte nur melden, wenn Ihr Ü30 seid und Wochenendheimfahrer;)
