Die drei WG-Zimmer befinden sich im 1.OG des Wohngebäudes. Sie können teilmöbliert oder möbliert gemietet werden.
Jedes der drei WG-Zimmer besitzt ein warmes Parket und neue Fenster. Alle drei Zimmer haben einen zugang zu den beiden Balkon! Natürlich besitzt die Wohnung ein WC, ein Bad und einen Abstellraum wie auch eine Küche. Das Wohngebäude befindet sich gerade im Restaurationsprozess und wird erneuert. Ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.
Mit seinen knapp 50.000 Einwohner/Innen ist Lahr eine lebendige Stadt am Rande der Rheinebene. Man findet ihr alles was das Herz begehrt: Stadt nahe, viele Restaurant, Einkaufläden in Laufnähe und die Natur direkt vor der Haustüre.
Magst du es lieber naturnah und etwas beschaulicher, dann ist das der richtige Ort für dich. In etwa 10 Minuten ist man bei den Schwarzwaldausläufern (Hügel/Berge) oder im Rheintal.
Wie das WG-Leben aussehen wird, kannst du selber bestimmten. Gewünscht ist dass du wenn möglich keine Zweck-WG daruas machst.
