die Wohnung hat gesamt ca.100qm Wohnfläche, die Küche sowie das Bad sind klein und fein. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, das freie Zimmer liegt zur Ostseite raus, ist unmöbiliert und hat Fernsehanschluss.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf den Balkon von dem man in den Garten gehen kann. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb aber man kommt in ca. 14min nach Landsberg, in 35min ist man etwa in München und in 5 min ist man am Ammersee.
Auch gibt es hier eine gute Bahnverbindung
