Hallo,
ich vermiete für 3,5 Monate mein super gemütliches Zimmer, da ich ein Praktikum in Berlin mache.
Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Also Bett, Kommode, Kleiderstange und ein Plattenspieler (lol, den könnte man natürlich auch wegnehmen). Das Zimmer ist schön hell und bietet Platz zum Entspannen.
Da ich mit meiner besten Freundin zusammen wohne, nutze ich viel das Wohnzimmer, welches eine große Schlafcouch sowie ein riesen Esstisch, der auch mein halber Schreibtisch ist sowie ein Fernseher. Du könntest also dich zudem im Wohnzimmer breit machen.
Insgesamt zur Wohnung: Es ist eine helle 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit großem Bad mit Fenster, einer süßen Küche, einem großen Wohnzimmer, einer Abstellkammer und den 2 WG-Zimmern.

I am renting out my super cozy room for 3.5 months as I am doing an internship in Berlin.
The room is small, but equipped with the essentials. So, a bed, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack, and a record player (lol, which could of course also be removed). The room is nice and bright and offers space for relaxation.
Since I live with my best friend, I use the living room a lot, which has a large sofa bed and a huge dining table, which is also half my desk, as well as a TV. So, you could also spread out in the living room.
Overall about the apartment: It's a bright 3-room apartment with a large bathroom with a window, a cute kitchen, a large living room, a storage room, and the 2 shared rooms.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Altlindenau und ist nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von Straßenbahn und S-Bahn entfernt. Es ist super ruhig und gün und trotzdem gibt es coole alternative Cafés und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Zentrum braucht man 15 Minuten mit Tram oder S-Bahn.
The apartment is located in Altlindenau and is only a 5-minute walk from the tram and S-Bahn stations. It's super quiet and green, yet there are cool alternative cafes and bars in the immediate vicinity. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center by tram or S-Bahn.
Ich bin super close mit meiner Mitbewohnerin und ja auch nur auf Zeit weg. Somit ist das WG-Leben sehr offen. Es ist vollkommen okay, wenn du dir viel Rückzug nimmst, aber auch okay, wenn du viel unterwegs bist.
Das Zimmer eignet sich sehr gut für Menschen, die auch nur vorrübergehend ein Zimmer suchen oder erstmal ein Zimmer brauchen bis sie was festes gefunden haben.
I am super close with my roommate, and only away temporarily. Thus, life in the shared apartment is very open. It's completely okay if you need a lot of personal space, but also okay if you are out and about a lot.
The room is very suitable for people who are looking for a room temporarily or who need a room until they find something permanent.
