Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Mitbewohnerin für ein freies Zimmer in meiner wunderschönen 2-Zi.-Wohnung mit insg. 53m². Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ein heller, gemütlicher 13m² großer Raum mit südlicher Ausrichtung und zwei großen Fenstern. Trotz der Nähe zur Straße ist es wunderbar ruhig. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde erst vor einem Jahr komplett saniert und die Küche neu eingebaut. Ich bin selbst erst vor 3 Monaten eingezogen, daher gibt es hier und da noch Kleinigkeiten zu ergänzen – gerne können wir uns da gemeinsam etwas überlegen.
Das Zimmer steht zur Zwischenmiete für ein Jahr zur Verfügung, ggf. mit der Option auf Verlängerung. Die Warmmiete beträgt 440€ inklusive Strom- und Internetpauschale. Die Küche ist ganz neu, ebenso habe ich eine Waschmaschine angeschafft, sodass insgesamt 650€ Abschlag anfallen.

I'm looking for a flatmate in my beautiful 2-room flat with a total of 53m². Your future room is a bright, cosy 13m² big with southern exposure and two large windows. Despite its closeness to the street, it is wonderfully quiet. The entire flat was completely renovated just a year ago and the kitchen was newly installed. I only moved in 3 months ago, so there are still a few little things to add here and there - together we can brainstorm some ideas.
Your room is available for a one-year interim tenancy, with the option to extend if we both feel it's a good fit. The all-inclusive rent is only €440, covering electricity and an internet flat rate. Plus, the kitchen is new, and I’ve also added a washing machine. There’s just a one-time markdown of €650 for all the amenities.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im charmanten Altlindenau und ist hervorragend angebunden. Die Haltestelle Wielandstraße ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und in 20 Minuten bist du mit der Bahn im Stadtzentrum. Lidl, DM, Kaufland und viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nur 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es in der Parallelstraße, Georg-Schwarz-Straße, zahlreiche Second-Hand-Läden und gemütliche Bars.

Our apartment is located in the charming Altlindenau neighborhood and is excellently connected. The Wielandstraße tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach the city center by train in 20 minutes. Lidl, DM, Kaufland, and many other shopping options are just a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, the nearby Georg-Schwarz-Straße is home to numerous second-hand shops and cozy bars.
Ich (sie/ihr) bin 24 Jahre alt, wohne seit etwa 1,5 Jahren in Leipzig und mache ein duales Informatikstudium. In meiner Freizeit singe ich im Chor, spiele Floorball und probiere gerne neue Sportarten beim Hochschulsport aus. Außerdem liebe ich es, Serien zu schauen, neue Rezepte auszuprobieren und Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen. Ich würde mich als offene, ruhige und unternehmenslustige Person beschreiben.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, die Lust auf ein harmonisches und entspanntes WG-Leben hat. Ich bin immer für gemeinsame Spiele- oder Kochabende, nette Gespräche bei einem Bier/ Wein/ Tee oder einen spontanen Barbesuch zu haben, verstehe aber auch vollkommen, wenn man einfach mal Zeit für sich braucht.
Meiner Meinung ist eine gewisse Grundordnung für ein entspanntes Miteinander wichtig, sodass ich einen abwechselnden Putzplan gern führen würde.

In my free time, I sing in a choir, play floorball, and enjoy trying out new sports through university sports. I also love watching TV series, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with friends. I would describe myself as open, calm and enthusiastic.
I am looking for a flatmate who is interested in a harmonious and relaxed shared living experience. I am always up for game or cooking nights, nice conversations over a beer/wine/tea, or a spontaneous visit to a bar, but I also completely understand if you need some time to yourself.
In my opinion, a certain level of basic cleanliness is important for a relaxed coexistence, so I would be happy to implement a rotating cleaning schedule.
