Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Connewitzer Kreuz. Es befinden sich viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Veranstaltungsorte und Bars in der Nähe. Von der Wohnung ist man auch in ein paar Minuten im Wald und am Fluss, oder mit dem Rad am See. Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind ganz in der Nähe.

The apartment is very close to the Connewitzer Kreuz. There are many shops, restaurants, entertainment venues and bars nearby. From the apartment you can be in the forest and on the river in a few minutes, or by bike on the lake. The nearest tram stops are very close by.

Wir sind Clemens, Lola und Greg und wir wohnen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung in Connewitz. Wir sind alle berufstätig , nur Greg studiert noch, arbeitet aber auch nebenher noch. Das WG leben ist relaxed, wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer in dem wir manchmal abhängen oder einen Film schauen.
Kurz noch zu uns:
Lola arbeitet in der Kinder- und Jugendpsychatrie, sie gärtnert gerne und freut sich schon auf den Sommer, da sie wieder viel Zeit am See verbringen wird. Ihr Partner Clemens arbeitet als klinischer Monitor und ist deshalb häufig für ein paar Tage die Woche verreist. außerdem macht er gerne Musik oder geht mit Lui unserem Hund spazieren. Greg spielt gerne Gitarre und singt und studiert nachhaltige Entwicklung.
Das Gebäude ist ein Neubau im dritten Stock (Das Gebäude hat aber einen Aufzug, Glück gehabt ;) ). Es gibt eine große Küche und ein riesiges, helles Wohnzimmer (über 30 qm). Außerdem ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein zusätzliches WC.
Also haut in die Tasten und schickt uns eine Nachricht, wir freuen uns über alle Anfragen :)

Hello :)
We are Clemens, Lola and Greg and we live in this beautiful apartment in Connewitz. We all work, only Greg is still studying, but also works on the side. Living in a shared apartment is relaxed, we have a large living room where we sometimes hang out or watch a film.
A little about us:
Lola works in child and adolescent psychiatry, she likes gardening and is looking forward to the summer as she will be spending a lot of time at the lake again. Her partner Clemens works as a clinical monitor and is therefore often away for a few days a week. He also likes to make music or go for walks with Lui, our dog. Greg likes to play the guitar and sing and studies sustainable development.
The building is a new building on the third floor (but the building has an elevator, lucky us ;) ). There is a large kitchen and a huge, bright living room (over 30 square meters). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet.
