Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß, rechteckig geschnitten und hat ein nördlich ausgerichtetes Fenster, das zum Hinterhof geht. Dementsprechend ist es vergleichsweise sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben und steht ab März frei, wobei das Einzugsdatum auch flexibel wäre. Das Zimmer ist entweder unbefristet oder für einen befristeten Zeitraum beziehbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 4. Etage. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, durch Halbetagenbau leider trotzdem nicht barrierefrei.
The room measures about 16 square meters, is rectangular and has a north-facing window to the backyard. Accordingly, it is comparatively quiet. The room will be handed over without furniture and is available now. However the move-in date would be quite flexible. The room is available either for an unlimited period or for a limited period of time.
The apartment is on the 4th floor. An elevator is available, but unfortunately the apartment is still not barrier-free/wheelchair accessible due to half-floor construction.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Connewitz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tram- und Bushaltestellen, Spätis, Parks, Kneipen und Veranstaltungsorte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Kreuz 5 min.
The apartment is located in Connewitz. Shopping facilities, tram and bus stops, late night shops, parks, pubs and event locations are all within walking distance. It‘s 5 minutes to the Connewitzer Kreuz.
Beim Zusammenwohnen ist uns besonders wichtig einen politischen Grundkonsens zu teilen, dazu gehört für uns in Bezug auf die Wohnung vor allem einen Safe Space für uns alle und explizit (queere) FLINTA* zu schaffen und keine Grundsatzdiskussionen (über Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Patriarchat o.ä.) führen zu müssen. Auf Cops oder Esos haben wir auch keinen Bock.
Bei uns gibt es weder einen Putzplan noch getrennte Kühlschrankfächer. Wir versuchen die Lebenshaltungskosten solidarisch zu teilen. Das gilt auch für die Miete. Falls eine Person weniger zahlen kann, lässt sich da auf jeden Fall drüber quatschen! Gegenseitige Unterstützung und Rücksicht sind uns aber nicht nur bei Materiellem wichtig sondern auch im Zwischenmenschlichen: wir sind Bezugspersonen füreinander und ein achtsamer Umgang miteinander ist uns wichtig.
Wir würden uns eher als eine ruhige WG beschreiben, die aber trotzdem nicht lautstärkeempfindlich ist. Freund*innen sind immer willkommen.
When living together, it is particularly important to us to share a basic political consensus. In relation to the apartment, this means above all creating a safe space for all of us and explicitly (queer) FLINTA* and not having to have fundamental discussions about racism, anti-Semitism, patriarchy, etc. We're not in the mood for cops or esos either.
We have neither a cleaning schedule nor separate fridge compartments. We try to share the living expenses in solidarity. This also applies to the rent. If one person can pay less, we can definitely talk about it! Mutual support and consideration are not only important to us in material matters, but also in interpersonal relationships: we are reference persons for each other and carefulness is important for us.
We would describe ourselves as a rather quiet WG/flat share, which is nevertheless not sensitive to noise. Friends are always welcome to hang out.
Am liebsten wäre uns eine FLINTA* (Frauen, Lesben, Inter*, Nicht-Binär, Trans*, A*-gender) als Mitbewohner*in, aber am Ende ist uns wichtiger, dass es zwischenmenschlich passt. Wir wollen nicht, dass du das Gefühl hast eine Bewerbung schreiben zu müssen. Uns interessiert weniger wie oder ob du lohnarbeitest, als vielmehr wie du so bist und vor allem wie du dir das Zusammenleben vorstellst.
We would prefer a FLINTA* (akronym for : Women, Lesbian, Inter*, Non-Binary, Trans*, A*-gender people) as a roommate, but more important is, that we match at all. We don't want you to feel like you have to write an application. We are less interested in how or whether you work for wages than in how you are and, above all, how you imagine living together.
