Sie ist zum begrünten Innenhof hin ausgerichtet und liegt in einem Wohngebiet - Sie können nachts ruhig bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Außerdem haben Sie einen eigenen Balkon, ein fertiges Hochbett und sind mit elegantem Leipziger Laminatboden ausgestattet. Die ehemalige Mitbewohnerin würde sich über 100 Euro freuen, um diese letzten Details zu übernehmen.

We are looking for a treat for our cosy flat to liven up the last of the 6 rooms.
Your new home will have a solid 12m² on the north side of the 180m² flat. It faces the green courtyard, and is in a residential area - you can sleep peacefully at night with the window open. You also have your own personal balcony, a ready made high bed, and the room been fitted with elegant Leipzig laminate flooring. The former housemate would appreciate 100 euros to take over these last details.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigeren Teil von Anger-Crottendorf, nördlich der Zweinauendorfer Straße. Bewohnt von vielen Familien und zunehmend internationalen Wohngemeinschaften, empfinden wir die Nachbarschaft als sehr ausgewogen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt und am Ende der Straße das neu errichtete Kulturzentrum „Ostwache“ , Sphereradio, sowie der Parkbogen Ost und einige KGVs und kleine Parks.
Auch der Lene-Voigt-Park, die Breite Straße mit Anschluss an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und die Eisenbahnstraße sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

We´re living in the quiet part of Anger-Crottendorf, north of Zweinauendorfer Strasse. There are many families living around joined by more and more international flats like ours. Right next door there is a supermarket and at the end of the road you will find the upcoming cultural hub "Ostwache", Sphere radio, as well as many parks and KGVs.
Lene-Voigt-Park, Breite Strasse with public transports and Eisenbahnstrasse are all just a few minutes away.
Mit Ihnen werden wir wieder zu sechst in der Wohnung sein. Sie bietet eine große Wohnküche mit allem Zubehör und einen angrenzenden Balkon, der jederzeit zum gemeinsamen Essen und kalten Getränken oder zu einem Filmabend per Beamer einlädt.
Außerdem gibt es 2 Bäder, eines mit Badewanne + WC und eines mit Dusche, sowie ein geräumiges Kellerabteil.
Wir sind alle um die 30 und mehr oder weniger berufstätig und daher zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten zu Hause, weshalb wir die Zeit, die wir gemeinsam verbringen, sehr schätzen. Die Wohnung dient eher als Ruhepol, das Wohnumfeld lässt auch keine regelmäßigen Partys zu, so dass wir unserer gemeinsamen Lust am Feiern und verschiedenen Interessen anderweitig nachgehen.
Dazu gehören das Engagement im Japanischen Haus und dem Radsfatz auf der Eisi, generell das Leben rund ums Fahrrad, DJing, Reisen und Kunst + Kreativität in vielen Formen.
Wir suchen eine Frau um die 30, bitte geben Sie uns ein wenig Hintergrundinformationen, damit wir Sie besser kennenlernen können :)

You will be No.6 around here to enjoy a big Living-Kitchen with balcony and many nice meals and cold drinks or movie nights on the projector. Besides that there are 2 Bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, and a big basement.
