Ich miete eine Wohnung in der Johannes-R.-Becher-Straße 9. Es ist wohl das beste Wohnheim wegen der hauseigenen Fitnessstudios, Tischtennis, Billard, Partyküchen, Parks, dem Studentenclub und anderen studentischen Dingen! Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller, Parkplätze und Waschmaschinen. Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, kann ich dich nur reinlassen, wenn du ein Student bist.
Ich wohne im 2. Stock (auf der ruhigen Seite). Es ist eine Wohnung mit Küche, Bad, Abstellraum und zwei großen Zimmern. Eines der Zimmer wird von meiner ruhigen Mitbewohnerin bewohnt und das andere von mir. Sie haben eine gemeinsame große Küche, einen Abstellraum und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß, hat einen Tisch, einen Stuhl, einen großen Kleiderschrank und Regale und kostet 270 € pro Monat.
Ich ziehe für immer aus Leipzig weg und werde meinen Mietvertrag nicht verlängern. Das bedeutet, dass das Zimmer offiziell an Sie geht, solange Sie es brauchen!

I'm renting an apartment at Johannes-R.-Becher-Straße 9. It's arguably the best dorm because of the in-house gyms, ping pong, billiard, party kitchens, parks, the student club and other student things! There is a bike cellar and parking, car parking and washing machines. As it's a student dorm, I can only let you in if you're a student.
I live in the 2nd floor (on the quiet side). It's an apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, storage hall and two large rooms. One of the rooms is occupied by my calm roommate and other one by me. You'll have a shared large kitchen, a storage hall and a bathroom with a shower. The room is 14m², has a table, chair, a large wardrobe and shelves and costs 270 € per month.
I'm leaving Leipzig for good and I'm not going to prolong my renting contract. That means that the room will officially go to you for as long as you need!
