Moin! Es handelt sich um ein großes, sonniges Zimmer, mit Dachschrägen und großen Fenstern und einer kleinen Säule im Raum. Die Wohnung ist echt ein Traum, mit großem Wohnzimmer mit Beamer und großer Küche mit kleinem Balkon. Aufgeteilt auf zwei Stockwerke mit zwei Bädern. Fotos von Badezimmer und Küche folgen noch.
Hello! It is a large, sunny room with sloping ceilings and large windows and a little pillar. The apartment is truly a dream, with a large living room with a projector and a spacious kitchen with a small balcony, spread out on two floors with two bathrooms. I'll upload pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen.
10 Minuten mit der Bahn vom Bahnhof und der Innenstadt entfernt, viel Trubel in der Nachbarschaft (in der Wohnung selbst merkt man davon quasi nichts weil wir ganz oben wohnen). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe Aldi, Konsum und der Angebots-Laden und es gibt unzählige tolle Bars und Cafés in Laufnähe. Zum Spazieren kann man super in den schönen Mariannenpark oder zum Sonnenuntergang zur Fußgängerbrücke. Der beliebte Lene-Voigt Park ist auch in Laufnähe.
10-minute tram ride from the main train station and city center, and a lot of hustle and bustle in the neighborhood (still quiet in the apartment because it's on the 4th floor). There are grocery stores nearby such as Aldi, Konsum, and a discount store, and there are countless great bars and cafes within walking distance. For a walk, you can go to the beautiful Mariannenpark or the 'pedestrian bridge' for the sunset and the popular Lene-Voigt Park is in walking distance as well.
Deine Mitbewohner wären dann Flo und Nico, die viel unternehmen, aber auch gerne zu Hause zusammensacken. Flo (25) studiert im Master Linguistik und arbeitet nebenbei bei ZDF als Untertitel-Schreiber. Lernt gerne Sprachen, kocht krasse vegane Gerichte und zockt coole Spiele. Nico (24) studiert etwas Ingenieur-artiges und ist dabei sein Praktikum zu machen. Manchmal kellnert er, ist gut im Bierpong und zockt auch gern. Das Zusammenwohnen ist also immer entspannt und angenehm. Wir gucken oft Serien zusammen und teilen gerne Essen, aber alles immer komplett zwanglos.
Your roommates would be Flo and Nico who are out and about quite often but also enjoy relaxing at home. Flo (25) is studying linguistics in his Master's degree and works part-time as a subtitle writer for ZDF. Nico (23) is studying something engineering-related and is currently doing an internship. Both are great cooks and have good taste in music. We enjoy watching movies or series together; living together is always relaxed and very pleasant.
Einen strikten Putzplan haben wir nicht, sondern sprechen das immer ab und putzen dann relativ gemeinsam. Klappt sehr gut, aber wenn du das anders regeln möchtest findet sich auf jeden Fall ein Gespräch.
