The room is about 16 m^2 big and is supposed to be the brightest room in the flat. You will have sunny afternoons and even more sunnier evenings in that one.
Windows to the backyard and quiet and a tree out the window view
The flat is located directly in the heart of Leipzig's Eisenbahnstrasse, which for those who don't know means hipsters, busy-ness, loud people, tram (Hermann-Liebmann Str. stop right around the corner--bringing you to all possible addresses you need to get to),
but also
culture diversity, a nice music scene, GOOD food, nice Arabic supermarkets and Streetlife.
The Hausgemeinschaft is important to the people living here, so maybe you are also down for some bbq or hangout in the yard sometimes. everybody is very friendly and mostly spanish-speaking.
Me (Maria) i'll leave my room for three weeks, so you will live with the most amazing roommates in the world (no kidding) Ollie (non-binary queer squirrel) and Fabi (psychic beton bauer). When Fabi is not working during the weekdays on skatepark-building, weekends he is chilling at home, with an open door and heart, always ready to share his coffee, shakshuka, or random sunglasses thoughts with you (if he is not skating somewhere).
When Ollie is not commuting to Halle (Saale) to work on sexy ceramics at the Burg (last year of their Diplom), she/they are also open for spontaneous dancing or chill/warm conversation over caféeeeee (if they are not out socializing).
Because we will mostly be speaking English at home, we are looking for someone who is also comfortable with this.
Also no assholes, homophobes, racists, TERFs, and you know who else.. is not welcome in this home!
