The room is 11 square meters and equipped with your own balcony. As you can see, the space of the room can be used wonderfully (you can definitely do a better job!). The kitchen is spacious enough and equipped with a dishwasher (You do need to bring your own cookware).
In the bathroom there is of course a washing machine (but unfortunately no daylight in there).
Our WG is located in the east of Leipzig, only 5min away from the (in summer) student Lene-Voigt Park and our beloved Aldi (sometimes in the evening it provides the not bought rolls to take away). Also you are in 5
min to the bus lines 72/73 (Martinstr.) and 60 (Holsteinstraße) and in 10min to the streetcar line 4 and the bus line 70 (Breite Straße). It is very quiet in our street, both during the day and at night, although this is quite irrelevant for you at night, since your room is facing the courtyard.
Darrin and Luca live in our small shared apartment. They are both doing Studienkolleg in Leipzig and we've only been living in the apartment for 5 months, so it's still fresh.
It is important to us that the flat-sharing community is always tidy and clean. For this purpose, we distribute tasks that everyone does, so that we always have a nice and cozy atmosphere here.
The total rent is 360 euros including electricity, the internet is an extra 15 euros per person (45 euros total). You also have the GEZ every 3 months to share. After a long search, I found a suitable apartment with my friend and that's why I have to leave. I will leave the desk, the bed and the second bed on the balcony for a transfer fee of 60 euros (if you have no use for them I will just sell them on ebay no problem). You get an individual contract from the landlord, you need to fill a self disclosure and provide a copy of ID and a proof of income or your blocked account if you are new here.
