Das Zimmer ist groß (16m2) und hell. Ich bin nicht lange geblieben, deshalb habe ich es nicht dekoriert, aber Sie können tun, was Sie wollen, es streichen, an die Wände hängen usw. Ich verlasse mein Bett, den Schreibtisch, meinen Nachttisch, einen kleinen Schrank, zwei Lampen und die Regale (alles, was Sie auf den Bildern sehen können) für 100€. Die Küche ist ziemlich klein, aber Sie können alles Nötige mitnehmen und es gibt immer tonnenweise Tee um sich zu aufwärmen :) (und wir haben einen Boiler). Wir genießen ein großes Badezimmer und einen schönen Balkon. Der Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine sind nagelneu, so dass sie mich gebeten haben, 150€ zu bezahlen, um teilzunehmen, als ich eingezogen bin. Da ich nur sechs Monate geblieben bin, würde ich gerne teilen und Sie um 75€ bitten.

The room is big (16m2) and bright. I did not stay long so I did not decorate it but you will be free to do whatever you want, paint it, put stuff on the walls etc. I am leaving my bed, the desk, my bedside table, a little wardrobe, two lamps and the shelfs (everything you can see on the pictures) for 100€. The kitchen is pretty small but disposes of everything you need and there are always tons of tea available to warm you up :) (and we have a boiler). We enjoy of a big bathroom and a nice balcony. The fridge and the washing machine are brand new so they asked me to pay 150€ to participate when I moved in. As I stayed only six months I would like to split and ask you 75€.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, an für Haltestellen mit der Straßenbahn vom Augustusplatz aus (das Stadtzentrum und die Universität sind gleich dort). Es gibt einen sehr schönen Park in zwei Gehminuten und zwei Supermärkte (PENNY und Kaufland) in einer Minute Gehzeit.
Sie liegt auch in der Nähe der Eisenbahnstraße, wo es viele schöne Plätze zum Essen oder zum Genießen des Nachtlebens gibt.

The flat is very well situated, at for stops with the tramway from Augustusplatz (the city center and the university are right there). There is a very nice park at two minutes walking and there are two supermarkets (PENNY and Kaufland) at one minute away walking.
It is also close to Eisenbahnstrasse where there are many nice places to eat or to enjoy the night life.
Leider verlasse ich diese schöne Wohnung, um mein Studium an meiner Heimatuniversität fortzusetzen. Sie werden mit Martin, einem sehr netten, freundlichen, aufgeschlossenen und ruhigen Studenten, zusammenleben. Immer lächelnd und offen für Gespräche, können Sie immer ein Bier mit ihm teilen. Aber wenn Sie es vorziehen, in Ihrem Zimmer zu bleiben und in Ruhe gelassen zu werden, wird Sie niemand jemals stören :) Unser anderer Mitbewohner Justus verlässt uns auch, deshalb weiß ich noch nicht, wer Ihr dritter Mitbewohner sein wird, aber da Justus auch ein sehr kluger, freundlicher und offener Mensch ist, bin ich sicher, dass er jemanden finden wird, der ein ebenso angenehmer Mitbewohner sein wird wie er :)

I am unfortunately leaving this nice flat in order to continue my studies at my home university. You will live with Martin, a very nice, kind, openminded and calm student. Always smiling and open for conversation, you can always share a beer with him. But, if you prefer to stay in your room and be left in peace, nobody will ever bother you :) Our other flatmate Justus is leaving too, therefore i do not know yet who will be your third flatmate, but Justus also being a very clever, kind and openminded person I am sure he will find someone that will be a flatmate as enjoyable as he was :)
