Hallo wir schreiben mal auf Englisch - ihr könnt uns natürlich gerne auf Deutsch anschreiben, aber wir sind nicht so fließend!
We offer a beautiful room of 19 m². It has parquet, central heating, and two windows to the street. We can also offer some furniture for free: a desk, a closet and a sideboard, and the possibility to buy the double bed and the two squared shelves. But of course, we always can let them in the basement if you prefer your own furniture :)
In our flat, there are: central corridor, a beautiful bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a kitchen with everything you need (even a dishwasher!), and a nice balcony facing the south. In total there are 4 rooms, so we have an extra room for doing home office, watch films or in case we have guests. There's a garden which can be used as well, e.g. for a bbq.
The flat is in the east part of Leipzig, in a moderately frequented side street of "Dresdner-Straße" between the tram stations Reudnitz-Köhlerstraße and Gerichtsweg. Via tram (4 or 7) or by bike it takes ~6 min to the city center. Kaufland, Rewe and Aldi are ~5 min walking distance. It is also ~10 min walk from Eisenbahnstr and in the surroundings, you can find restaurants, parks, bars and beer gardens that we hope we can enjoy this summer 🤞🤞🤞
In our flat, we usually are 3-4 people. As our flatmate finished her internship, we sadly have to look for someone to share the flat with us: We are Maria (31, Spanish), and Maddalen (23, Basque).
Maddalen is finishing her master in Mathematical Physics and is planning to go back to Bilbao in October, so we could choose our new flatmate together :). Maria is doing her PhD in biodiversity and applying to get a Kleingarten. We live together in a relaxed atmosphere. We all get along well, we like to chat spontaneously, philosophize or talk about politics and how to start the revolution, or meet up to cook and drink wine/beer in the kitchen. We like to keep certain basic cleanliness (at least in common rooms) and we appreciate it if you have a decent sense for recycling and saving energy/water.
We specified 6th of August but if you need to move earlier or later would be also fine, the August rent would be paid between the previous Mitbewohner and you.
The price includes everything: water, electricity, heating, ARD, and internet.
