East of Leipzig located at the end of Eisenbahnstr., definitely the quiet part of that crazy and wonderful street. So you have quietness for yourself, but only a short walk to restaurants and social spots.

You will live in a houseproject with big garden, you can see on the photos. The room is on the north side.

We are fairly new in our current WG constellation including a dog and so we try to meet often to discuss and plan things, like the ideal organizations of the communal spaces, balconies, food sharing, etc. We like to have a balance of a relaxed but clean home, where we are all friends but respect each other's privacy and needs for alone-time, where we can find a peaceful night's rest but also stay up late with friends and music. We want to support each other with care and emotional work and wish that you want to be actively involved in the flat and the project.

It is really important to know: We live a house project and that means above all independence and mutual responsibility, as well as communication with everyone involved.

Unsere WG-Konstellation (inkl. Hund) ist relativ neu und wir versuchen uns oft zu treffen, um Dinge zu besprechen und zu planen, wie beispielsweise eine gute Organisation der Gemeinschaftsräume, Balkone, Foodsharing usw.
Wir möchten eine Balance finden zwischen einem entspannten, aber sauberen Zuhause, zwischen gemeinsamer Zeit, aber auch der Zeit und das Bedürfnis der*s anderen nach Zeit für sich selbst, zwischen lange mit Freund*innen und Musik aufbleiben und gegenseitigem Respekt nach Ruhe und Schlaf. Wir wollen uns gemeinsam in care- und emo-Arbeit unterstützen und wünschen uns ein aktives Einbringen in die WG und das Projekt.

Wir leben einem Hausprojekt und das heißt vor allem Selbstständigkeit und gegenseitige Verantwortung, sowie Kommunikaiton mit allen Beteiligten.

About us:

BaLu
I am BaLu [pronouns: she/ her] 34 years old, educator, I work to much and the jack-of-all-trades in our apartment is my favorite person. So you are potentially moving in with a couple who want to have a child. You should be aware of this, so you should feel like living with a small child. I am an organisation monster, I feel drawn to queer feminism, I am chaotic, I like to cook our vegetable crate vegetables, I like to listen to podcasts and try to learn playing the piano. I am chronically optimistic, withdrawn from time to time, but mostly open and interested in people and especially animals. I like to listen, like to drink tea, and I am up for a great deal.

Gregor
I am Gregor [pronouns: he/ him] 35 years old, school social worker and doing rapmusic under the alias „Sayes" mostly in political contexts. My favorite person, BaLu, also lives in the apartment. We are planning offspring and have made a conscious decision to live together with people and not in a small family.
I like to do many other things, such as workshops, mediation, events, tutoring, theater, political work and even music with performances myself. In order to get all these things together. In general, I would describe myself as sensitive and in the morning a chocolate bun should never be missing, because that's my coffee and otherwise I won't wake up. I enjoy good discussions and am happy about different opinions, which is not possible for me: Discrimination of any kind and lack of insight into my own responsibilities on a personal and structural level.

Anne (she/ her)
I work as a freelancer in political education, i.e. with fairly flexible working hours and often from home (so I’m always happy about people who are there in the morning and have a coffee with me), but sometimes I’m also gone a few days at a time when working in other cities. I love to cook and eat (vegan) and enjoy company in the kitchen :) In general, I am a very social person, and I am always happy to be accompanied on dog walks or trips (by bike, in summer to the lake, to the cinema/theater, to concerts,...) I am particularly happy when there are people who could imagine taking care of Cleo (dog) from time to time.


D. (she/her)
I'm D., during the week I work as a social worker with refugees. Otherwise, I'm passionate about languages (currently Spanish), read a lot (preferably novels), get involved in feminist groups and cruise casually through the hood on my bike. Currently I'm looking for opportunities to integrate more creativity and movement into my everyday life. Maybe I'll take a cool dance class or learn to paint at the Volkshochschule.
I like to be social, but I also regularly need a book, a balcony and some time alone to recharge my batteries. The points that Anne has already mentioned are also important to me in WG life. And generally a loving togetherness, because so far I feel very comfortable here and hope to share this home feeling with one more person! :-)

Sofi she/name, 24 years
Hello, my name is Sofi. In 2025 I will finish my education as a physiotherapist. That and the project fills most of my time.
This is the first time I am living in a houseproject. With that comes a lot of responsibility not only for my Wg also for the other people I live with. Schönerhausen is a big house project and we have some nice AGs or other things to participate in. I wish you are open to meet a lot of new people and feel like growing the project. I am really looking forward to meet you:D

Cleo (dog)
As a flatmate, Cleo is one thing above all: very chilled. She spends most of the day sleeping, the softer the place the better. She also likes to hang out with roommates, but we can definitely show and teach her places, that are a no-go.
She is an absolute late riser and usually needs a bit of persuasion to even get up and go outside :)
Cleo isn't a classic “yapper”, but she is a goodguard and does announce when the doorbell
rings or someone comes home. Cleo has lived with children, cats, chickens and even donkeys in the past.
She definitely has a few quirks that will take some getting used to, but overall she's a laid-back flatmate.

Wir sind derzeit (alle weiße) 1 cis Mann und 4 cis Frauen. Im besten Fall hast du bereits Erfahrung mit anderen Menschen in WGs zu wohnen. BIPoC und Migrant*innen werden im Allgemeinen bevorzugt. Schreib uns einfach etwas über dich und deinem Interesse im Hausprojekt zu wohnen.

BaLu
Ich bin BaLu [Pronomen: sie/ihr], 34 Jahre, Erzieher*in lohnarbeite viel zu viel und der Tausendsassa aus der WG ist mein Lieblingsmensch. Du ziehst also potentiell mit nem Päärchen mit Kinderwunsch zusammen. Dies sollte dir bewusst sein. D.h. du solltest Lust auf Wohnen mit Kleinkind haben.
Ich selbst bin ein Orgamonsti, fühle mich dem Queerfeminismus hingezogen, bin chaotisch, koche gern unser Gemüsekisten-Jemüse, höre gern Podcasts und probiere mich im Klavier lernen. Ich bin chronisch optimistisch, ab und zu zurückgezogen, doch meist offen und interessiert Menschen und vor allem Tieren gegenüber. Ich höre gern zu, trinke gern Tee und bin für so ziemlich viel zu haben.

Ich bin Gregor [Pronomen: er/ihm], 34 Jahre alt, Schulsozialarbeiter und trete gern unter dem Alias „Sayes" als Rapper meist in politischen Kontexten auf. In der Wohnung wohnt ebenfalls mein Lieblingsmensch BaLu. Wir beide planen Nachwuchs und haben uns bewusst dafür entschieden, gemeinsam mit Menschen zusammen zu leben und nicht in einer Kleinfamilie.
Weiterhin mache ich gern viel: Workshops, Mediation, Veranstaltungen, Nachhilfe, Theater, politische Arbeit und eben auch selbst Musik mit Auftritten. Generell würde ich mich als sensibel beschreiben und am Morgen darf nie ein Schokobrötchen fehlen, das ist nämlich mein Kaffee und sonst werde ich nicht wach. Ich habe große Lust an guten Diskussionen und freue mich über verschiedenen Meinungen, was für mich aber nicht geht: Diskriminierung jeglicher Art und Uneinsichtigkeit in eigene Verantwortungen auf persönlicher wie struktureller Ebene.

Anne (sie/ihr)
Ich arbeite als Freiberufler*in in der politischen Bildungsarbeit, d.h. mit recht flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und oft von zuhause aus (freue mich also immer über Leute, die vormittags auch da sind und mal ein Käffchen mit mir zusammen trinken), bin aber manchmal arbeitsbedingt auch ein paar Tage am Stück weg. Versuche aber generell möglichst wenig zu arbeiten, mache stattdessen lieber schöne Dinge. Generell freue ich mich über Begleitung bei Hunderunde,zu Konzerten/Parties und Ausflügen (ich fahr super gern Rad und liebe die Leipziger Seen). Ich freue mich ganz besonders, wenn es Leute gibt, die sich vorstellen könnten ab und zu Care-Verantwortung für Cleo (meinen Hund) mitzuübernehmen.

D. (sie/ihr)
Ich bin D., unter der Woche arbeite ich als Sozialarbeiterin und berate Geflüchtete. Ansonsten kann ich mich für Sprachen begeistern (aktuell spanisch), lese viel (am liebsten Romane), engagiere mich in feministischen Gruppen und cruise lässig mit meinem Bike durch die Hood. Aktuell suche ich gerade nach Gelegenheiten, mehr Kreativität und Bewegung in meinem Alltag zu integrieren. Vielleicht mache ich noch nen coolen Tanzkurs oder lerne Malen an der Volkshochschule.
Ich bin gerne sozial unterwegs, brauche aber auch regelmäßig ein Buch, ein Balkon und etwas Zeit allein, um Energie zu tanken. Wichtig im WG-Leben sind mir auch die Punkte, die Anne schon genannt hat. Und allgemein ein liebevolles Miteinander, denn bisher fühle ich mich hier sehr wohl und hoffe, dieses Zuhause-Feeling noch mit einer weiteren Person zu teilen! :-)

Sofi sie/Name, 24 Jahre
Hallo, mein Name ist Sofi. 2025 werde ich meine Ausbildung zur Physiotherapeutin abschließen. Das und das Projekt füllen den größten Teil meiner Zeit aus.
Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich in einem Hausprojekt lebe. Damit kommt viel Verantwortung nicht nur für meine WG, sondern auch für die anderen Menschen, mit denen ich zusammenlebe. Schönerhausen ist ein großes Hausprojekt und wir haben einige nette AGs oder andere Dinge, an denen wir teilnehmen können. Ich wünsche mir, dass du offen bist, viele neue Leute kennenzulernen und Lust hast, das Projekt zu erweitern. Ich freue mich sehr, dich kennenzulernen :D

Cleo (Hündin)
Cleo ist als Mitbewohnerin vor allem eins: sehr chillig. Den Großteil des Tages verbringt sie mit Schlafen, je weicher der Platz desto besser. Sie hängt sehr gerne auch bei Mitbewohner*innen ab, wir können ihr aber auf jeden Fall auch Tabu-Orte zeigen und beibringen. Sie ist ne absolute Langschläferin und braucht meist ein bisschen Überredungskünste überhaupt mal aufzustehen und mit raus zu gehen :)
Cleo ist keine klassische Kläfferin, bellt aber schon, wenn es klingelt oder jemand nach Hause kommt. Cleo hat in der Vergangenheit schon mit Kindern, Katzen, Hühnern und auch Eseln zusammengewohnt.
Sie hat auf jeden Fall ein paar Macken, an die man sich erst gewöhnen muss, wenn man sie kennen lernt, ist aber im Großen und Ganzen eine entspannte Mitbewohnerin.
